Premium class extra virgin olive oil obtained from the fruit of the olive solely by mechanical or other physical means under conditions, in particular heat, that lead to an alteration in the oil, which have not undergone any treatment other than washing, decantation, centrifugation and filtration.
Having a careful selection of different variety extra virgin olive oils, noteworthy among which are Cornicabra, Picual, Arbequina and Hojiblanca olives.
