Our balsamic vinegar is elaborated according to the traditional wine oxidation of wine and concentrated must method. Selection of the most mature and highest quality grapes, grapes rich in sugars and aromatic esters. Subjected to aging in American and French oak barrels for a period of over 3 years, resulting in a balsamic vinegar of the highest quality, with unique flavors and aromas.
This balsamic vinegar is ideal to be used in salads, meat and fish preparations and in particular in the elaboration of sauces.
